The long-time Tekno RC driver has steadily climbed the RC racing ladder. Jared Wiggins’ hard work and dedication over the last year has led to many AMain finals and some podiums.
The Illinois native aptly nicknamed The Wizard, has been putting in the practice and work needed to cement his position at Tekno RC and among the pro ranks.
2021 has seen mixed results for Wiggins with an 8th place at The DNC which was a big improvement over 20th from 2020.
PNB would not be kind to him at a race he was expected to do well. Wiggins would leave there with 22nd place finish and not make the final.
The rough SIlverState track would see Wiggins leaving there with a respectable 7th place finish.
Jared seems to be either racing every weekend or at the track testing and practicing. While Wiggins may not be as naturally talented as some of his competitors his hard work work ethic make up for that and a big win will come.
Will we see Jared’s hard work ethic pay off at the Nats and prove that hard work will beat talent when talent doesn’t work hard?
